Job Description
Job opening in fortune 100 technology firm for Business Analytics & Optimization
(BAO) & Business Sector Professional (BSP) for financial services industry
segment. The candidate is expected to exhibit sales leadership and identify opportunities
within Global Business Services (GBS). This role involves working with sales channel
and GBS partners independently and leveraging the appropriate resources to gain
client commitment to close the sales of software and service.
The BAO BSP should be capable of taking an opportunity from identification, though
qualification and to closure. In addition, the BSP must be able to conduct a consultative
sale of BAO / BI & Data Warehouse solutions and implementation services – including
the ability to articulate and craft an implementation proposal.
Demonstrating expert sales, organizational, business and professional skills, the
FS BAO BSP has primary responsibility for the success of bringing the appropriate
solution to closure. Should have deep experience with Banking and/or Financial Markets
clients, including demonstrable successful sales and delivery experience.
Required
High School Diploma/GED
At least 3 years experience in Financial Services (specifically Banking and/or Financial
Markets) Industry Processes
At least 3 years experience in public speaking and presenting to executives
At least 3 years experience in Business Case Development and consultative selling
At least 3 years experience in building relationships with C-suite executives
At least 3 years experience in selling or delivering key BI solutions (for example,
Customer data integration, Enterprise performance management, Master data management
and/or BI/Analytics
Readiness to travel up to 50%; travelling 3-4 days a week, home on weekends

We currently have an opening for a senior insurance analyst in a major Fortune 100 firm focused in technology solutions for Corporate Risk and Insurance Management department. An ideal candidate for this role should have experience as an Insurance Broker within the last 2 years.
