UK's current economic growth might not prolong, claims National Institute of Economic and Social Research

The economist at NIESR reports that although United Kingdom region has accounted a growth of 1.1 percent in the second quarter, which is the fastest compared to the last four years of time, it would not be a long lasting one with a downfall predicted by officials. The current growth in the economy has lead to a quandary for the policy makers in order to decide upon the future actions. The policy makers are not sure as to whether the inflation is a major concern or more stimulus from the government are required.

NIESR economist predicts a growth of 0.1 percent in the current quarter and 0.3 percent in the fourth quarter with inflation to remain above 2 percent until 2012.
