    Director of Operations (New York, NY)

    Client is seeking a strong business operations leader to manage the day-to-day tactical activities of the company inclusive of billing, revenue assurance and internal controls. This person will report to the Vice President, Operations in the NY office.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Lead strategic, cross-functional, complex process improvement projects targeted toward increasing revenue, emphasizing cost containment, reducing defect rates, and/or improving customer satisfaction.
    • Recommend improved, strategic, measurable and sustainable solutions as well as identify further opportunities for improvement.
    • Minimize risk related to fraud by developing alerts, enhancing data validation, and creating internal methods and procedures.
    • Perform revenue assurance audits for all products and aggregators.
    • Oversee billing function (invoicing, credit issuance, settlement, charge backs). Monitor, trend and analyze product billability; trouble shoot, develop solutions and resolve billability issues by partnering with key stakeholders.
    • Support ad hoc projects as needed.
    • Manage external vendors.
    • Manage a team of operation managers
    REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
    • BA/BS degree required.
    • 10 to 15 years of combined operations, finance and systems experience required.
    • 5 to 7 years experience within a direct marketing vertical.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
    • Ability to build and maintain business relationships with senior-level leadership
    • Strong ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks, communicate information in a timely fashion and with the appropriate sense of urgency.
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, organizational skills, mathematical skills, detail oriented and highly motivated.
    • Ability to work both individually and as a team with minimum supervision.

    Responsibilities:

    As a Consultant within the Professional Services team your primary responsibility will be to assist a Fortune 100 Firm's high profile customers to achieve successful implementations of the SPSS/IBM Predictive Analytics Solutions.

    The Consultant will be proficient in delivering predictive analytic consulting solutions based on SPSS products. These solutions will primarily be based on our modeler products and predictive applications (SPSS Modeler, SPSS Decision Management).

    This individual will be responsible for establishing a deep expertise in our products as well as maintaining professional disciplinary expertise in data mining advances and leading practices.

    In addition to delivering services, the role will facilitate the sales process by estimating effort, writing proposals and identifying opportunities for cross-sell and add-on sales.

    The position requires a background in predictive analytic services, statistical software or data mining with a track record of successful implementations and a strong commercial acumen.

    In addition, the ability to define solutions and ensure their successful implementation is an advantage.

    Responsibilities:
    • Deliver high-quality consulting services in line with the SPSS Implementation Methodology (CRISP-DM, pr3, or similar)
    • Help build ROI and identify cross sell and up sell opportunities
