Since joining Wachovia in 2006, Adrian Hee has provided executive leadership for Wachovia’s Corporate and Investment Banking Offshoring and Outsourcing program. Adrian was responsible for directing the offshore strategy, building executive level sponsorship, organizing and managing a cross-functional team, and executing on the strategy to deliver real results to the company's bottom line.

He was promoted in 2007 to head up the Business Integration and Governance group that focused on broad based efficiency improvement opportunities across the division, the Program Management Office, New Products Introduction, and Offshoring/Outsourcing. Currently, he is leading and managing Wells Fargo Enterprise Offshoring team focused on Wholesale Banking, Risk and Credit, and Marketing divisions that is comprised 40+ business lines, over $10 Billion in Revenues, and 40,000 associates.

Adrian joined Wachovia, a Wells Fargo Company from Bank of America, where he had a ten-year career in roles such as Offshoring Program Director for the Global Corporate Investment Bank division, Project Portfolio Manager for Bank of America’s Finance Enterprise Project Management Center, and front line roles in High Grade and Leveraged Finance. His expertise includes Global Sourcing (Outsourcing and Offshoring), Large-scale Program Management, Project Portfolio Management, Organizational Change Management, Business Process Improvements, Credit Valuation, Organizational Strategy, Strategic Planning, Business and Financial Analysis, and Operational Risk Management.

Adrian has an undergraduate degree in Accounting from University of Florida and received an MBA from the Wake Forest Babcock Graduate School.

Arindam is the Global Head of Strategy & Execution in Citi's Shared Services business. His area of responsibility includes Finance and Risk Reporting Operations for all of Citi's businesses and regions, which are supported by four hubs located across the globe.

In his current role, Arindam is responsible to develop and execute all Management Programs including Migrations / Transition from business to hubs, Productivity Initiatives, Development of new services, Metrics, Training & Leadership Development, and Service Delivery Model. In addition, Arindam manages the external vendors who provide financial operations support to Citi's North America business.

Prior to Citi, Arindam was an Associate Partner in Rosetta Marketing Group, a market-leading strategy consulting firm in NYC and led engagements for major global banks in the Consumer Banking area. Before Rosetta, he spent ten years with American Express in areas as diverse as Investment Banking Sales, Strategy, Finance, Operational Risk, and was the Head of Business Transformation for North America Merchant Analytics & Marketing when he left American Express for Rosetta. He has lived and worked in South Asia, Hong Kong and United States.

Bill is currently Director for Platform Services, Deutsche Bank where one of his major Web projects won the Waters Magazine's American Financial Technology Award (AFTA) for global deployment.

Bill also served on the Society for Information Management (SIM) New York board for three years.

Chandresh Iyerl
Chandresh Iyer

Chandresh Iyer is a Managing Director and Head of Global Custody & Investment Services at Citigroup. He is responsible for asset servicing and investment processing services to buy-side institutions including asset managers, hedge funds, banks and insurance companies. In addition, he is responsible for wealth management services, an integrated suite of services targeting wealth advisors, private banks and trust companies for wealth management products.

Prior to this role, Mr. Iyer was head of North American Securities and Fund Services where and Product Head for NA Fund Services. In this capacity he led the strategy and implementation of GTS’ expansion of investor services in Canada and US.

Mr. Iyer began his professional career in software engineering, strategy and operations consulting, and has over 20 years of experience in financial services. While at KPMG, he led several practices in areas of trade finance, internet banking and risk management. He has an MBA from Carnegie-Mellon University and a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from the Ohio State University. Mr. Iyer joined Citigroup in 2000 from Merrill Lynch

Dauna R. Williams, Associate General Counsel, joined MetLife in 2004 to manage the Intellectual Property/Information Technology legal practice. Prior to MetLife, Dauna has managed intellectual property and technology law practices for financial services and technology entities for nearly two decades, including for Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch. During the dot com era, Dauna founded Content360, a new media ASP. She has served as Vice Chair of the ABA's Committee on the Law of Commerce in Cyberspace's Subcommittee on Electronic Financial Services and taught both Advanced Constitutional Law and Contract Negotiation as an adjunct professor at New York Law School. Ms. Williams speaks regularly on financial services patents, IT complex transactions, including offshoring and outsourcing, and online/digital law concerns. Ms. Williams received her AB from Brown University and her JD from Harvard Law School.

Dwayne plays a pivotal part in the design of company's offshore strategy and has been one of the principle architects of Ameriprise's third party outsourcing approach and its offshore captive. Prior to Ameriprise he was most recently with Opera Solutions, a turnaround strategic consulting firm. Prior to Opera, Dwayne has an additional 10 years experience in both strategic consulting and technology solution delivery for a number of top tier consulting and technology firms in the US, Canada, and Asia.

Guy Fiumarelli is a Director of Operations at Lazard Asset Management. Mr. Fiumarelli has a background of over 20 years in asset management and has extensive experience managing operations as well as implementing large developmental efforts related to data and process management. He is currently responsible for managing the client servicing team at Lazard which includes global data management and reporting. Guy has been instrumental in facilitating the outsourcing of middle and back office functions for Lazard's SMA and Institutional book of business over the past three years. Previous to joining Lazard, Guy was a Vice President at Chase Asset Management and Senior Business Analyst at Prudential Capital Management. During his tenure at Chase, Guy was successful in implementing a global accounting and reporting system as well as establishing a global data model. In addition, Guy successfully managed the implementation of numerous front and back office systems at both Chase and Prudential. Mr. Fiumarelli received his MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickenson University. He earned his BA in Economics and Finance from Rutgers University.
